About the Firm
Martin Sir & Associates is a firm established for one purpose: to practice
professional family law in Nashville, Tennessee. Our team is made up of
several lawyers, legal assistants, and paralegals who help ensure that

Martin Sir has been practicing law since 1980 when he was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. He has narrowed his focus primarily
to family law and now practices adoption law,
child custody, child support, visitation rights, and
divorce cases throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Mr. Sir continues to
enjoy helping clients with serious personal injuries and contested probate
matters. He is a former member of the Tennessee House of Representatives.

John Agee is the managing paralegal at Martin Sir & Associates. He has been
a paralegal since 1999 and used to work with the
Tennessee State Attorney General's Office in the TennCare Appeals Division. He later managed a general practice
which handled divorce and family law cases. He now specializes in high
net-worth divorce cases.
