April Einarsson (Attorney)
April is a graduate of Belmont University, Nashville, TN and New England College of Law, Boston Massachusetts. April joined the law office of Martin Sir & Associates in 2010, and her practice is principally devoted to family law including divorce litigation, child custody, child support, adoption, settlement negotiation, post-divorce disputes; however, she also practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death.
A Nashville native, Ms. Einarsson graduated in 2006 from Belmont University cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Journalism. Ms. Einarsson received her law degree from New England School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Mrs. Einarsson served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Isaac Borenstein (Ret.) of the Massachusetts Superior Court and as a legal intern with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.

John Agee (Managing Paralegal)
John Agee has been a Paralegal since 1999, and began his career working with the Tennessee State Attorney General's Office in the TennCare Appeals Division.
